Explore available options for you and your team, with a clear view of costs and benefits.
Start with the coverage you need. We’ll work through the details together.
Explore individual and family plans available through the Marketplace. Financial assistance may be available based on household eligibility. Enrollment timing and qualifying life events matter.
Ask about marketplace health ↗Compare available off-Marketplace options and review the full policy details. Some plans require medical underwriting and may exclude pre-existing conditions or provide limited benefits. We’ll discuss those differences.
Ask about private health ↗Review preventive, basic, and major dental benefits. Networks, waiting periods, annual benefit limits, and coverage for specific procedures vary by plan.
Ask about dental ↗Explore benefits for eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. Provider networks, allowances, and how often benefits can be used depend on the plan.
Ask about vision ↗Talk through life insurance options based on your goals and budget. Coverage, premiums, underwriting, and any cash value features depend on the policy.
Ask about life insurance ↗I’m Mitchell Bendamio, an independent insurance broker based in Fort Lauderdale. I take the time to learn what matters to you, explain the tradeoffs, and help you understand what you’re choosing.
My goal is a relationship that continues after enrollment, with someone you can reach when questions come up.

Your premium is the amount you pay regularly to keep a policy active. It is separate from deductibles, copays, and other costs when you receive care. A lower premium does not always mean a lower total cost.
A deductible is what you pay for covered services before your plan starts paying for services subject to it. Some services may be covered before you meet the deductible. Check the plan’s specific rules.
A copay is a fixed amount for a covered service. Coinsurance is a percentage of the allowed cost. With 20% coinsurance on a $100 allowed charge, your share would be $20, assuming the deductible has been met and the service is covered.
For plans that have one, this is a limit on certain covered costs during the plan year. Premiums, noncovered services, and many out-of-network costs do not count. Review which expenses apply to your plan’s limit.
A carrier may offer several different networks. Confirm your doctor, hospital, and pharmacy against the exact plan and network before enrolling. Network participation can change.
Marketplace plans follow ACA requirements and may offer income-based assistance. Off-Marketplace coverage includes different types of policies, including ACA-compliant plans and plans with different protections or limits. The policy details matter more than the label.
